FAQ

Do I have to make an appointment?

No! If you arrive to Heritage Place mall we will of course still have a line for walk-ups. However we ask that you be patient, as our appointments do take priority.

How do I choose a package when booking?

You don't! This year, since I am a different company than prior years, our booking site does not require you to prepay anything! Any packages you want can be decided at the counter when you are all done your session.

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 48 hours! Please be patient as we are just a small team! You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
